BayernBahn has the concession as a railway infrastructure company (EIU) as well as the safety certificate required for this.

In several stages, BayernBahn took over operator responsibility for the railway infrastructure of the Nördlingen - Dinkelsbühl - Dombühl (54 km) and Nördlingen - Gunzenhausen (39 km) routes, initially on an hourly basis and later on permanently. Since 2011 we have also been operating the Landshut - Neuhausen b. la (15 miles). We also look after our sidings in questions of infrastructure maintenance.

Due to upcoming construction work, there will be no historical traffic between Landshut and Neuhausen (b La) until further notice. We will inform you on our homepage when operations will resume.
